Ahlsell has reached an agreement to acquire the Hallsberg based company HauCon Sverige. HauCon is a leading distributor of products in the areas of concrete, reinforcement and formwork. The customers are mainly construction companies. The company has annual turnover of approximately MSEK 130, with good profitability. The company is privately owned by three persons.
HauCon operates in an area where Ahlsell in recent years has had the ambition to strengthen its presence. To deliver products to construction projects at an early stage, i.e. already when the plate is cast, is both very interesting and strategic for Ahlsell, says CEO Göran Näsholm in a comment.
