Ahlsell aquires Arbetsklädshuset AB
Ahlsell has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Arbetsklädshuset AB (AKH), a Swedish distributor of work wear and personal protection equipment. The company has 20 employees and has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 70 million.
AKH was founded in 1889, and offers a wide range of products within workwear, profile clothing, shoes and personal protection equipment. AKH has four stores; in Uppsala, Västerås, Bromma and Hammarby Sjöstad.
AKH will be part of Ahlsell Workwear, AWW.
Closing is scheduled to take place in February 2020.
