Ahlsell acquires Neo-Select AS in Norway
Ahlsell has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Neo-Select AS. The company’s turnover is NOK 55 million.
Neo-Select offers a wide range of tools, supplies, work wear and personal protective equipment from its store in Lier and via its web shop. Neo-Select creates added value for its customers through high-quality products, a high level of service and specialist expertise.
The acquisition helps to strengthen Ahlsell’s position in these segments, while Neo-Select’s customers get access to a wider product range and broader logistics offering.
The acquisition is expected to be completed at the beginning of September.
