Ahlsell acquires PK Produkter AB
Ahlsell has signed an agreement to acquire PK Produkter AB, a leading supplier of products within sustainable environmental safety with extensive specialist knowledge. The company has eleven employees and an annual turnover of approximately SEK 40 million.
PK Produkter AB, with establishment in Saltsjö-Boo, serves industrial and construction customers with solutions for spill containment and handling of fluids. They also offer customized solutions for handling and storing oils, chemicals and other environmentally hazardous substances in a safe way so that people and nature are not harmed.
For both PK Produkter’s and Ahlsell’s customers, the acquisition helps to create an even broader offering. PK Produkter’s customers will get access to Ahlsell’s comprehensive product range and superb logistics offering, while Ahlsell’s customers even more will experience that Ahlsell is a full range supplier with focus on sustainability.
The acquisition is expected to be completed 2 November 2022.
