Ahlsell is strengthening its offering in North of Sweden through the acquisition of Heri
Ahlsell Sverige AB has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Heri AB, Heri Kiruna AB and Heri Hyr AB, a wholesaler of sheet metal, roof drainage and roof security.
Through the acquisition, Ahlsell is strengthening its offering within sheet metal and roof drainage and gaining access to expanded expertise, and local presence. In addition, Ahlsell is broadening its position in the market and can offer an even stronger total solution for construction and sheet metal customers.
The Heri companies have stores and warehouses in Luleå and Kiruna in Sweden. With a total of 20 employees and a revenue of approximately SEK 110 million in the latest twelve months.
Closing is expected to take place in May of 2024.
